2. Less than .25 multiple: 0 percent
3. .26 to .50 multiple: 36 percent
4. .51 to .75 multiple: 29 percent
5. .76 to 1 multiple: 21 percent
Earnings growth expected in first several years post-acquisition
6. Zero to 3 percent per year: 13 percent
7. 3.1 to 6 percent per year: 33 percent
8. 6.1 to 9 percent per year: 33 percent
9. 9.1 to 12 percent per year: 7 percent
10. More than 12 percent per year: 13 percent
