Ms. DiCicco will support the company’s efforts to launch its ophthalmic products. Previously, Ms. DiCicco was chief operating and financial officer of Centinel Spine, a distributor of spinal implants.
She also serves on the board of directors for Carmell Therapeutics, a biotechnology company. Ms. DiCicco is a board leadership and corporate governance fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
