1. TEI began recognizing companies more than 25 years ago. They recognize companies that “create optimal conditions for their employees to develop professionally and personally, and that achieve the highest standards of excellence for their people.”

2. This is the second consecutive year TEI recognized Takeda.

3. TEI had to survey Takeda in at least 20 counties, four regions and at the company’s global headquarters to award the certification.
