Over 300 supply chain decision-makers, including surgeons, nurses and physicians weighed in on what they find important in a supply chain distributor, as well as the challenges they face in their roles.
Three survey details:
1. Sixty-seven percent of respondents observed clinical staff frustration caused by supply chain issues, such as missing supplies, manual tasks and wasting supplies.
2. Eighty-five percent of respondents said working with a distributor that makes supply recommendations that improve clinical care is important.
3. Eighty-eight percent of respondents said they look to their supply chain distributor to help their organization’s supply chain operate seamlessly.
