Pennsylvania surgical hospital with ASC implements new PAC system

Surgical Institute of Reading (Pa.) implemented RamSoft’s PowerServer LITE PACS to improve its diagnostic imaging capabilities, HealthCareBusiness News reports.

The PowerServer LITE is a functional picture archiving and communication system that enhances productivity while decreasing turnaround times. The web-based, single database platform supports unlimited users and works to condense existing workflows, among other features.

Surgical Institute of Reading will use the system in its five locations in Reading and Wyomissing, Pa.
