1. The four-story office building will be on land near the highway.
2. McKesson agreed to serve as the building’s anchor in January. McKesson’s Medical-Surgical business will occupy the entire office building.
3. McKesson will move into the structure in 2019.
4. McKesson received a $700,000 recaptured enhance value grant for the project. As a prerequisite, McKesson will have to retain 428 jobs and create at least 10 new jobs at an average salary of $45,562. Construction must also be started by June 30 and completed by the end of 2019.
