Three quick notes:
1. Robert Lazzara, MD, will take over as CEO and lead ORHub’s search for a new board chairman. Dr. Lazzara joined the company as chief medical officer in June.
2. The transition plan was mutually agreed upon by Mr. Melby and the ORHub board of directors, a press release said.
