Mr. Kupice shared the following tip with Becker’s ASC Review:
“For example, a purchaser may be buying eight different SKUs in a product
line when they could be buying two,” he said. “Technology can help evaluate what’s being
used and why, as well as helping to standardize and reduce. Collaborating with physicians to
standardize products and procedures is always a big benefit.”
