Efficiency starts with performing supply logistics and distribution tasks according to a certain flow. This “distribution supply chain circle” dictates activities should occur in the following order:
1. Put away all incoming orders.
2. Pick and distribute all internal replenishments.
3. Perform replenishment activities for main storage location.
