ASC equipment distributor buys New York industrial warehouse — 4 insights

ASC equipment distributor Mohawk Valley Healthcare purchased a 100,000-square-foot industrial warehouse in Little Falls, N.Y., to replace its Utica, N.Y., facility, Business Journal News Network reports.

What you should know:

1. MVH chose to move its facility because the Utica warehouse is in the footprint of Utica-based Mohawk Valley Health System’s hospital expansion.

2. MVH will move from its Utica warehouse to Little Falls in mid- to late summer.

3. All 21 warehouse employees will move to Little Falls, and MVH will hire six more employees.

4. Despite the move, MVH will keep its office in Utica.
