On the IAMERS board, Mr. Desai will focus on new market development, especially in Asia.

Member companies represent a wide variety of medical specialties but are bound together by their commitment to IAMERS’ written and enforceable code of ethics and professionalism in the diagnostic imaging industry,” according to the IAMERS website.
Soma Technology made two other announcements. First, the company announced it has opened new offices for the company’s India division, Soma Tech, in Kolkata and Guwahati.
Second, Soma Technology announced it has entered into a partnership with DUNLEE to distribute CT Tubes in India.
