Ken Ross, Solara’s CEO, has more than 15 years experience in the healthcare field. He also founded SolaraHealthcare, a sister company, which owns and operates long-term care hospitals. His previous work includes positions with hospital systems, Anderson Consulting and as CFO for several energy companies.
Solara's senior vice president, Bill Murphy, has more than 24 years in the healthcare field and has been involved with the development, operation and management of more than 54 surgical facilities. In addition to holding senior positions with major surgery center companies, he was an original founder of Capstone Health Capital, a healthcare consulting firm and held positions with PriceWaterhouse Coopers in Dallas.
Solara's vice president of operations, Andrea Martell, has more than 12 years of experience in surgery center and surgical hospital development and operations. She has had clinical and operational expertise in the opening and licensure of more than 25 projects, as well as the day-to-day operations of established facilities.
Solara provides services in a number of areas including assisting physicians and hospitals in the development of new facilities, as well as providing management expertise to help improve existing operations, the recruitment of additional physicians and expanding surgery programs and procedures.
