Jen Johnson, CFA, has been promoted to partner of VMG Health.
Ms. Johnson focuses her work on the valuation of professional service arrangements. Her expertise is in fair market value challenges, market data and regulatory guidelines associated with valuing professional service arrangements for both healthcare systems and life sciences companies.
She has valued a multitude of professional services including call coverage, medical directorships, subsidies, clinical coverage, physician consulting, co-management and management, billing, development, intellectual property and quality initiatives.
Ms. Johnson began her valuation career with KPMG in its forensic and litigation Services department. She has worked at University of North Texas as a finance professor, where she taught liquidity & capital management and investments. Prior to that, she earned her MBA in finance and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, while working for several companies in a consulting capacity. Her consulting work included business valuation, financial projections and operational systematizations.
