Private equity firm acquires $7.1M medical office building 

Private equity firm Legacy Capital Ventures acquired a medical office building for $7.1 million in Lincoln, R.I., Connect CRE reported March 24.

The 40,037-square-foot building is fully leased. The building is one of seven regional cancer institute clinics for Providence, R.I.-based Lifespan.

The sale was facilitated by real estate advisory group Newmark.
