Middletown, Conn.-based Community Health Center announced that primary care providers from Wilmington, Del.-based Westside Family Healthcare, a network of community health centers, are now participating in CHC's weekly Project ECHO pain management program.
Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) is a telehealth program that uses video-conferencing and case-based learning to expand access to specialty care for underserved patients. The project joins specialists and primary care providers for a weekly video conference session during which they discuss cases and explore treatment options.
