The Mississippi Supreme Court is allowing Health Management Associates to intervene in St. Dominic Health Systems' lawsuit over ownership of an ASC, according to a report by the Sun Herald.

Danville (Va.) Regional Medical Center argued against the request from Centra Ambulatory Surgery for a CON to build an ASC in Danville at the latest hearing on the project, according to a report in the Danville News.
