Contour has an hourglass shape and is placed in the frontal sinuses after surgery for adult chronic rhinosinusitis patients. It’s designed to make it easier to access areas of the frontal sinus ostia.

The CE mark came from positive data from a U.S. clinical study of Contour. Patients who had the implant saw a reduction in the need for postoperative interventions, and there were no serious reactions reported in the study.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
