Mr. Alley will step into the role May 10, according to a May 4 announcement. He was previously chief commercial officer at medical device company Levita Magnetics.
He also has ENT sales experience at Stryker ENT, Spirox and Acclarent. Mr. Alley graduated with a degree in marketing from Butler University in Indianapolis.
