The ophthalmology platform partnered with James Lewis, MD, a cataract, glaucoma and LASIK surgeon, according to an April 28 news release from Sight Growth Partners, which supports SightMD.

Dr. Lewis will continue providing patient care at his practice. As part of the SightMD Pennsylvania network, Dr. Lewis’ patients will have access to care at SightMD’s other practices in Philadelphia, Wyomissing, Pottsville, Shamokin and Lewisburg.

SightMD Pennsylvania supports six clinical locations and two ASCs in Pennsylvania.

Sight Growth Partners also provides administrative services to SightMD New York, SightMD Connecticut and SightMD New Jersey, the release said.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
