Dr. Jacoby will provide treatment for retina and vitreous diseases.
She presently serves as an associate professor at the University of Utah School of Medicine Moran Eye Center, and previously worked as a member of the clinical faculty at the VA Medical Center in Salt Lake City and as clinical associate professor of ophthalmology at University of Wisconsin.
