Ophthalmologist Dr. Annette Chang Sims Named Partner at Oregon Practice

Ophthalmologist Annette Chang Sims, MD, is now a partner at a Eugene, Ore. ophthalmology practice, according to a Register-Guard report and news release (pdf).

Dr. Sims, of Drs. Fine, Hoffman & Sims, has spent the last two years with the practice. She became a partner in January as former partner Dr. Mark Parker left the practice.

 

Dr. Sims is a glaucoma expert. She received her MD from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in and stayed on to complete an internship in internal medicine, residency in ophthalmology and fellowship in glaucoma.
