Eye Physicians of Libertyville acquires Illinois eye clinic

Eye Physicians of Libertyville (Ill.) acquired Northern Illinois Eye Clinic in Mundelein.

EPOL focuses on providing ophthalmologic and optometric care, including cataract and laser vision correction surgeries, according to an April 1 news release. 

As part of the acquisition, care for Northern Illinois Eye Clinic patients will be assumed by EPOL. 

“This acquisition allows us to provide exceptional eye care services beyond our community. I welcome our new patients from Mundelein,” Hercules Logothetis, MD, owner and surgeon at EPOL, said in the release. “Our team is focused on optimizing our patients’ vision and helping them see what matters most to them.”
