Dr. Topilow specializes in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery, according to a Sept. 12 news release from OCLI Vision.
Dr. Topilow will provide care at 10 different locations in the New York City and Long Island areas starting Sept. 18.
OCLI Vision has locations across Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, the release said.
