ASC operator receives capital investment, adds Texas ophthalmology practice

Unifeye Vision Partners, an ASC operator in the ophthalmology sector, received a growth capital investment and added an ophthalmology practice and surgery center in Texas. 

The company partnered with Plano, Texas-based Brooks Eye Associates, which is led by Dain Brooks, MD, according to a May 7 news release from UVP. 

Brooks Eye Associates has provided care since 2013 and offers services including cataract surgery, advanced refractive procedures, glaucoma treatments and retinal care.

UVP supports 64 clinic locations and 19 ASCs.

Morgan Stanley Private Credit provided the capital investment, the release said.
