Aerie Pharmaceuticals, a company dedicated to small molecule treatments for glaucoma, named Thomas Mitro president and chief operating officer.
Mr. Mitro has worked with pharmaceutical sales and business development for 30 years. He was also responsible for the launch of seven eye care products while in leadership positions at ISTA Pharmaceuticals and Allergan.
