3 New Eye Centers Open

St. Michael’s Eye and Laser Institute in Largo, Fla., announced in early June that it would be constructing a new location with a surgery center and additional shops for a full service eye location.

The University of Nebraska opened the Stanley N. Truhlsen Eye Institute in Omaha, in late May. It plans to build an eye surgery center attached to the Institute some time next year. 
 
Center for Sight in Las Vegas was opened by ophthalmologist Eva Liang, MD, also in late May. In addition to treating disease of the eye, the center offers eyelid surgery and LASIK.
