Physicians from Associated Surgical & Medical Specialists in Franklin, Wis., and Milwaukee-based Aurora Health Care, a not-for-profit healthcare system, have formed a joint venture to operate Associated’s surgery center in Franklin, according to a report from BizTimes Milwaukee.
There are 80 physician partners in the multi-specialty surgery center, which opened in 2004.
Nearly all of the physician partners in the ASC are on staff at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center, according to the report.
