According to the Medscape Physician Lifestyle Report 2014, most overweight or obese physicians follow the "typical American diet" while underweight or normal physicians follow a variety of eating patterns.
There were nearly 40 percent of male physicians, and around 25 percent of female physicians, who were overweight and nearly 20 percent who said they were obese. The diet for those physicians is as follows:
