AmkaiOffice 2.0 addresses two critical issues facing the industry: the need for a new-generation alternative to legacy administrative systems and the need for a truly comprehensive information management solution for ASCs. Created by the team that developed the popular AdvantX software, AmkaiOffice 2.0 enhances the best features of older products while adding many new capabilities and features not available in those products, including the following:

- flexible preference card approach with the ability to create generic cards by surgeon, specialty or procedure;

It presents a discharge checklist and gives you a score to measure the patient's readiness for discharge. And there is complete overlap with the EMR (AmkaiCharts), which has a fail-safe feature that forces the OR team to take a time-out before a procedure, and record it in the EMR before another screen will come up. It's more than just end-to-end information management."
