A Leader of Leaders: Lieutenant Colonel Bruce Bright, USMC (Ret)

Lieutenant Colonel Bruce Bright began his career as a pilot in the Marine Corps and is now an executive life coach and motivational speaker working with clients from several industries, including healthcare. He enlisted in the Marine Corps Reserve in 1979, and served as a lieutenant colonel for 24 years. He earned his Wings of Gold in 1988 after being augmented into the regular Marine Corps. Since then, he has logged more than 3,000 flight hours with 2,850 in the F/A-18 and served two combat tours in the Middle East.

After spending nearly three decades in the Marine Corps, Lieutenant Colonel Bright joined the civilian workforce as director of business development at The Sanders Trust, a commercial real estate investment firm, in Birmingham, Ala. He is now the founder of his own peak performance firm, On Target Leading. His firm specializes in motivational keynote speeches, executive life coaching and business consulting.

Coach Bright has spoken at several prestigious venues, including the Alabama State Bar Annual Meeting and multiple Ambulatory Surgery Centers Conferences in Chicago. He is a certified life coach and a member of the National Speakers Association.
