Morgantown, W.Va.-based WVU Medicine is investing $25.5 million into a new medical office building adjacent to its Princeton (W.Va.) Community Hospital.
The four-story, 50,636-square-foot facility will consolidate seven physician practices and outpatient therapies into one location, according to an April 15 news release from WVU Medicine.
WVU Medicine aims for the new MOB to improve access to care and support future growth for additional services.
The center is expected to be completed in June 2028, the release said.
