Here’s what you should know:
1. The health system is developing an $80 million, 105,000-square-foot outpatient pavilion with a surgery center and an administrative building.
2. The hospital partnered with NexCore, a medical development company, to oversee the construction.
3. NexCore will wholly own the pavilion and lease space to Summit and other physician tenants. Summit will own the surgical center and administrative building. Summit will also have an option to purchase the pavilion.
4. NexCore expects the facilities to be operational by next spring.
