What you should know:
1. HealthQuest is converting the former mall into an array of medical services, including the primary care office and ASC.
2. HealthQuest plans to open some of the services in 2019 but anticipates the ASC will not open for two years.
3. The former mall will also feature an urgent care clinic and a family medicine residency program. HealthQuest is negotiating with Peekskill, N.Y.-based Hudson River Health Care to establish the family medicine program.
