Woodside Health, Heitman purchase medical campus in Ohio

Cleveland-based Woodside Health, a healthcare real estate private equity firm, and real estate investment company Heitman, have acquired a medical office building as a part of a joint venture, Commercial Property Executive reported Aug. 25. 

The Twelve Oaks Professional Center, a 42,500-square-foot medical office campus in Austin, Texas, was previously owned by KPG Commercial, according to the report. 

Woodside also purchased The Physicians Centre, a 126,059-square-foot medical outpatient facility in Bryan, Texas, last month. The Twelve Oaks purchase marks Woodside’s 66th acquisition since the company’s founding in 2008, according to the report.
