Vestavia Hills, Ala.-based The Swaid Clinic’s Swaid N. Swaid, MD, partnered with a local developer to build Vestavia Medical Plaza, the Birmingham Business Journal reports.

1. The medical plaza will have an ASC, physician offices and a diagnostic space.

2.. The developers did not detail the project’s cost and size.

3. The developers plan to break ground on the plaza Dec. 18.
