The project’s first phase entails building a single-story, 37,500-square-foot pediatric clinic and ASC for $21 million. VUMC would initially employ 14 physicians and nurse practitioners, as well as up to 50 staff members.
Nashville, Tenn.-based VUMC plans to invest $51.5 million in phase 2, which will include expanding the building to 100,000 square feet and adding up to 150 jobs within the next 10 years.
