This Nebraska ASC is slated for summer completion — 4 insights

The two-story Riverview Surgical Center in South Sioux City, Neb., is taking shape, according to Curtis Group Architects Project Architect Ben Marshall.

What you should know:

1. An ASC will occupy the first floor. 

2. The surgery center will include four operating rooms, three procedure rooms and 21 preoperative and postoperative patient bays.

3. The second floor will be devoted to medical office space and will feature a med spa, travelers suite and private plastics clinic.

4. Completion is slated for summer 2019.
