Texas hospital expanding surgery center

Greenville, Texas-based Hunt Regional Medical Center is expanding its surgery center as part of a larger project.

The project is a two-story, 31,000-square-foot addition, Hunt Regional Healthcare said on LinkedIn March 31. It will double the size of the surgery center, the women’s center and the outpatient rehabilitation center.

The expansion is expected to be finished in early summer, the health system said.
