St. Luke’s breaks ground on 180K-square-foot medical office building

Boise, Idaho-based St. Luke’s has broken ground on a 180,000-square-foot medical office building in Boise, according to a June 12 report from CBS affiliate KBOI.

The development project includes the construction of a new north hospital tower and a medical office plaza on the north side of the current hospital in Boise. 

The new facility will add 80 beds and seven operating rooms. With the new space, St. Luke’s will focus on heart and vascular, neurosciences and cancer care.  

Completion of the project is set for 2029, according to the report.
