Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center to begin construction on 18K-sq-ft surgery center next spring

Mattoon, N.C.-based Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center is planning to build an 18,000-square-foot surgery center, the Journal Gazette & Times-Courier reported.

1. The surgery center will perform many of the outpatient surgeries currently performed at the hospital.

2. The center will accommodate schedules for the hospital’s orthopedic surgeons.

3. Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center plans to start in March 2019 and be competed in a year.
