San Antonio’s biggest orthopedic group gains financing for 8-OR ASC project

The San Antonio Orthopaedic Group got financial backing to construct a flagship medical office building with a 39,000-square-foot ASC.

Three quick facts:

1. The Ridgewood Orthopaedic Center will occupy 92,000 square feet in San Antonio. Its ASC will feature eight operating rooms.

2. JLL Healthcare Capital Markets Group secured financing for the construction, which is underway and expected to wrap up by the end of 2020.

3. With 33 physician partners, TSAOG is San Antonio’s largest orthopedic group.
