Real estate firm to build Colorado ASC

Broe Real Estate has plans to build a new ASC at Mineral Medical Center in Littleton, Colo., Mile High Cre reported Feb. 9.

Services at the Mineral Surgery Center will include ophthalmic surgeries in addition to facial, plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Construction on the ASC is expected to begin during the first quarter of 2023 and conclude by the fourth quarter.
