The Bossier City (La.) council passed an ordinance that would allow the sale of a 13.7-acre piece of land to Dapper Holdings, who is looking to build a $35 million medical development with an ASC on the property, Bossier Now reported.

Here are the key details to know:

1. The ordinance is set for a final vote Sept. 18

2. If the measure is adopted, the land will be sold for $1.4 million.

3. Dapper Holdings has plans to construct a 60,000-square-foot building within six months of the sale's closing.
