Borland Groover has opened an endoscopy center in St. Augustine, Fla. 

University of Iowa Health Care joined the organizations that have raised concerns over Iowa City, Iowa-based Steindler Clinic's planned $19.2 million ASC, The Gazette reported Jan. 21. 

Ardsley, N.Y.-based pain management practice Wellness and Surgery has added a new location in Clifton, N.J., ROI-NJ reported Jan. 21.

Visalia, Calif.-based Kaweah Health opened its new Cardiothoracic Surgery Clinic, Valley Voice reported Jan. 21.

University of Texas Health San Antonio has begun construction on a $50 million, 100,000-square-foot ASC and outpatient services building, San Antonio Business Journal reported Jan. 20.

The Oneida County Industrial Development Agency, a New York state public benefit corporation, voted unanimously to move forward with a plan to take a plot of land in Utica via eminent domain, Utica Observer-Dispatch reported Jan. 21.

The Ohio State University Wexner is opening a $161.2 million outpatient campus with an ASC in Dublin, Ohio, in September. 

Construction of Urbana, Ill.-based Carle Health's $70 million facility with an ASC is moving along, Commercial News reported Jan. 20. 

Baltimore, Md.-based Johns Hopkins Hospital is renovating its children's medical and surgical center and building a 12-story addition.
