The number of ASCs in Texas have grown rapidly in the last five years, and it remains a hot spot for ASC development. 

Buffalo, N.Y.-based Ross Eye Institute is set to begin construction on a new treatment center, Buffalo Business Journal reported March 1.

Ridgewood, N.J.-based Valley Health System is planning an ASC in Paramus, N.J.
