Prevea's new multispecialty surgery center, the first in Green Bay, Wis., is set to officially open next week.

NYU Langone Hospital and Long Island Community Hospital are planning to purchase a building that formerly housed a Burlington Coat Factory in Patchogue, N.Y., to convert to an ASC, Greater Patchogue reported June 2. 

Titusville, Fla.-based Space Coast Ophthalmology opened a new ASC, the Viera Voice reported June 6.

Colorado Outdoors, an economic development agency and Brentwood, Tenn.-based QHR Health broke ground on a 50,000-square-foot ASC, the Grand Junction Daily Sentinel reported June 6.

Montrose (Colo.) Regional Health received approval on May 25 to build an 80,000-square-foot ASC, nine days before another outpatient project broke ground in the city, according to the Montrose Press.

Minneapolis-based Allina Health, MNGI Digestive Health and real estate firm Davis plan to build a multispecialty ASC in Lakeville, Minn., Healthcare Design reported June 6.
