New ASC Development

Four joint venture ASC deals Becker's has reported in the last 60 days, including one involving one of New York's top-rated ASCs:

AdventHealth has requested city officials approve an amendment to its planned Clermont (Fla.) Health Park development to construct a 14,500-square-foot ASC, according to an Oct. 6 report from local news source GrowthSpotter. 

Montrose (Colo.) Regional Health broke ground on its 80,000-square-foot facility that will house an ASC, The Montrose Daily Press reported Oct. 5. 

Terre Haute-based Indiana Joint Replacement Institute is planning construction on a 35,000-square-foot, $28 million facility that will include an ASC and a hip and knee orthopedic clinic, the Indianapolis Business Journal reported Oct. 6.

NexCore Group has completed construction on a 45,250-square-foot medical office building in Tucson, Ariz., located on the Northwest Medical Center Houghton hospital campus. 

Dickson (Tenn.) Medical Associates has broken ground on a new ASC on Dickson's campus, the Dickson Post reported Sept. 28. 

Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente submitted applications for a 260,000-square-foot medical office building with an ASC in Folsom, the Sacramento Business Journal reported Sept. 27.
