Great Neck, N.Y.-based Northwell Health will develop a medical complex on The University Financing Foundation's $232 million property, The Real Deal reports.
Here are three highlights:
1. The University Financing Foundation, a healthcare and university-focused nonprofit, purchased a strip of six vacant New York City buildings from Mautner-Glick.
2. Northwell plans to develop an ASC, an outpatient care center, a cancer center and medical offices on the site.
3. Northwell Health is New York City's biggest hospital system.
