New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Northwell Health has opened a $20 million, 28,000-square-foot physician partners location in Yaphank, N.Y., according to an April 22 Long Island Business News report.
The multispecialty facility brings together services including orthopedics, pain management, pediatrics, dental medicine, advanced imaging and physical therapy in collaboration with Woodbury, N.Y.-based Orlin & Cohen Orthopedic Group.
The site is designed to improve care coordination by colocating providers and services, allowing patients to access diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation in one location, according to the report.
