NJ MOB opens with space for ASC

Browns Mills Medical Office Building in Pemberton Township, N.J., opened earlier this week and includes space for an ASC on its third floor, according to ROI

The whole 60,000-square-foot medical office building cost $21.5 million and also includes a family medicine practice, physical therapy and pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation. The building could eventually include an ASC in the future as well.

Prior to the grand opening, there was a need in the community for primary care physicians, urgent care and X-ray imaging.
